The Dad and his Three Daughters

In 2020, James Harris, Meagan, and their oldest daughter, Lila, packed up and moved to Breckenridge, CO. When they stumbled upon the building at 110 South Ridge Street, they knew they had to seize the moment. So, they dove headfirst into opening Tin Plate Pizza, an upscale artisan pizza restaurant, and Dynamite Cookies, a walk-up cookie shop.

By the time Tin Plate opened its doors in June 2021, their second daughter, Annie, had just been born. Despite the chaos and stress of launching a restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Harrises were determined to make it work. Thanks to their dedicated management team and key employees, Tin Plate quickly became a beloved spot in the Breckenridge community.

Fast forward to 2023, and James and Meagan welcomed their third daughter, Eloise. Eloise's arrival inspired James to reimagine their cookie shop's future. Reflecting on his childhood memories of enjoying NY-style pizza with his three brothers and a two-liter bottle of Coke, James decided to create Three Daughters Pizza. He wanted to give Lila, Annie, and Eloise the same cherished experiences of big slices and classic flavors.

Today, both Tin Plate Pizza and Three Daughters Pizza stand as testaments to the Harris family's dedication and love for their community. They’ve managed to turn a historic shed into a hub of culinary delight, where locals and tourists alike can enjoy a taste of New York Pizza in the heart of Breckenridge. With each pizza slice and cookie, the Harris family continues to build a legacy of warmth, tradition, and delicious memories.
